5 Knowledge Points to Be Happy...
Each and every person has a right to live a happy, peaceful, confident and stress-free life. They can live it, but they are quite worried about their future, often frustrated about their work and get depressed. Because of all these negative emotions they get more anxious and almost they forget to be happy. Sometimes peoples search happiness in others or they expect that others will make them happy. They don't know the secret key of being happy is within them.
"The secret of living happy life is to just follow the points that are gifted by Guruji". The persons who know it are the most happiest persons in their entire world.
1. Accept people and situation as they are:
Just think if other persons are acting, talking and behaving as you say or as you like despite their wishes would you be happy, I think you don't. All the 5 fingers of our hand are not similar likewise, all the persons, their behaviour, nature will not be same. It's better to accept them as they are.
You will face different circumstances in your life, perhaps good or bad. On every level you have to perform good, you have to give your best. Either you have to face the situation or grin and bear it.You can't curse anyone.
2. Opposite values are complement to each other:
You will face many situations may good or bad in your life. Sometimes you will win or you will lose, you don't have to be weak. If you make yourself weak then you can't do anything. It's better to take care of yourself and your mind, otherwise it can be difficult to stand again.
3. Don't be a football of others opinion:
Let people think what they think of you, don't pay attention to them and get worried. people have their own way of thinking in the world, let them think. Don't waste your valuable time and beautiful moments in thinking that what others are thinking of you.
4. Don't see intention behind others mistake:
Whenever we make a mistake we forgive ourselves, but why we don't forgive others and forget their mistake. Most of the time we say he/she did it deliberately. We always find intentions behind others mistake. If we can forgive ourselves we too have to forgive others.
5. Be in the present moment:
Most of the time peoples waste their crucial and valuable moment in regret about their past and worry about their future. Past is past leave it, don't cry for that. When you are thinking about the past you are losing the present moment. By the time you know, the present moment will change in the past. Life is too short, so enjoy each and every moment of your life.
