Most of the people perhaps be thinking, what does Sudarshan Kriya actually mean? Let me tell you, Sudarshan Kriya is a unique and powerful breathing technique which is taught in the basic program of Art of Living, i.e. Happiness Program. Literally, this technique eliminates your stress, gives you sigh of relief, it helps you to find inner.
Gurudev says, intellectually we know everything but what happens when the negative thoughts, negative emotions comes like a flood and it throws you away from the knowledge whatever you have gained. Though you have decided you will not get angry on anyone, you do that. You will not get jealous, but because of negativity you do get jealous. Just knowing everything and gaining lots of knowledge is not enough, you have to make sure you are applying it in your daily life, regular routine. Then only whatever knowledge you have gained is of some use or helpful, otherwise it is precisely like garbage.
If one of your friend had buy a new dress and she asked you for a compliment and most of the time you get jealous even after you have decided that you will not do that.
