How to Stop Worrying?
Why you Worry? Did getting worried gives you happiness? Did it gives you success? Did it helps you to improve your relationships? Did worry helps you to find your strengths, abilities? Is it worth worrying all the time.
Perhaps No. Guruji says, then why to worry for such a things that takes away your happiness and gives you stress and frustration.
There are many problems in everyone's life, to get settled, financial problems, about their child's education, about their health. And it's normal that we get worried. But sitting alone in the closed room and thinking about the problems is entirely waste of time. Sometimes most of the peoples get depressed because of getting worried and this will lead to a enormous loss for them and they have to pay for it. Perhaps, the chances of attempting suicide will increase.
If a person is thinking, about the things that has already happened, and getting worried for that, will give him more stress. Why to think about the past and get worry now, in present. Will the past come back, No. So why to worry? Leave it behind, accept it and move on. You should learn to move on in your life.
Many time we think about our future and get worry. Will my future be bright, Will I be an successful person in my life. Why to think all this? Just concentrate on your studies, be kind to others, help needy, do good work, be generous to others, behave politely. If your Karma is good, ultimately your future will be bright. Just remember, " You reap what you sow." So keep doing great work, and the apple will fall into your lap. So just stop worrying.
If you know you are wasting your precious time in worrying and desired to get out of it, then do Sudarshan Kriya, Pranayama. It will help you to stop worrying.
From my personal experience I would tell that listen to the problems of other persons, this will be better. It will seem, your problems are too smaller than their problems. And still they are looking happy, and we not.
Guruji always says,
"All your problems drop to me and be free of worry."
